When Nani pauses new work
Sometimes Nani pauses new work, report files and AI until something is sorted out. Your books always stay safe: you can still open them, look at everything, back them up, and use Export everything.

| This license was refunded or cancelled | The purchase was refunded | Enter another key, or buy a license. |
| This computer was moved off your license | You or someone with the key freed this computer | Enter your key again. |
