Can I use it offline?
Yes, between license checks. Activate online once, then verify periodically. Nani checks weekly when connected, with up to 60 days between successful verifications.
What if it isn’t a fit?
Request a refund within 7 days of purchase by replying to your license email or contacting support from your purchase address. A full refund cancels the license.
Is AI included?
Nani includes the connections and review tools. An AI provider’s subscription or usage charges are separate. All core bookkeeping works without an AI.
Can I move computers?
Yes. Move an activation in Backup and security before switching computers. If you no longer have access to the old computer, contact support for license help.
Can I see it before buying?
