What you need

  • A Mac with Apple Silicon (M1 or later) or an Intel processor, or a PC with Windows 10 or 11.
  • Your bank and card statements, as downloads (CSV, QFX or OFX) and PDFs.
  • An internet connection once, to activate your license, and about once a week after that so Nani can check it. Keeping your books never needs one; updates and AI features use it.
  • A license key. Buy one at naniaccounting.com; the key comes by email.

Install on a Mac

  1. Download the installer for your Mac from naniaccounting.com.
  2. Open the downloaded file and drag Nani Accounting into your Applications folder.
  3. Open Nani Accounting from Applications.

Install on Windows

  1. Download the Windows installer from naniaccounting.com.
  2. Run it and follow the installation steps.
  3. Open Nani Accounting from the Start menu.
