Bills you owe
A list of bills the business received and will pay later: what your CPA sees as accounts payable at year end. Your books record a bill when it's paid (cash basis), through the bank payment you categorize.

- Add a bill with the vendor, number, dates and amount. With no due date, Nani counts 30 days.
- Payments found in your bank suggests bank payments that match a bill (the vendor's name, the amount still owed). Yes, it paid that bill marks it paid.
- Mark paid… records a payment by hand; partial payments are fine. Undo last payment takes back the most recent one.
- Void marks a bill entered by mistake as void, after you confirm.
